The overall theme of the conference dealt with broadband, cloud computing, and the many budget deficit issues county governments are currently facing. Many officials and vendors attended the conference from around the country to discuss technological issues, problems, and resolutions. Also included in the recap are the many subcommittee meetings held by officers while at the conference.
