Sherry Ashby

Principal Analyst, Health Care and Social Services, INPUT

As a Principal Analyst, Health Care and Social Services at INPUT, Ms. Ashby assists in the development and management of the State & Local Vertical Profiles product including content production and interacting with INPUT members, government officials, and the media. Ms. Ashby conducts extensive research on the IT industry with an emphasis on the Social Services and Health Care vertical markets.

Ms. Ashby has held several other positions at INPUT focusing on tracking and researching grants and procurement opportunities in the state and local market. Her many responsibilities included producing reports on grant industry trends, monitoring legislative actions pertaining to state IT procurement, and delivering in-depth research on state procurement procedures and IT trends. Ms. Ashby also identified pre-RFP opportunities in various U.S. states and localities, in addition to tracking ongoing and past contracts.

Prior to INPUT, Ms. Ashby served as a Settlement Manager and as an Analyst at ReturnBuy Inc. As Settlement Manager, she was responsible for creating, auditing, and distributing monthly and bi-monthly financial settlement reports, along with training and managing a staff of analysts. In her Analyst role, she conducted industry research for competitive analysis, acted as a support liaison for the Account Managers and Operations Teams, and initiated production planning, including development and publication of processing plans.

Ms. Ashby holds a B.A. in Communications, with a Minor in History from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.


Kristina Mulholland

Analyst, Health Care and Social Services, INPUT

As Analyst, Social Services and Health Care at INPUT, Ms. Mulholland is responsible for creating and maintaining high quality content on the Health Care Opportunities and Vertical Profiles databases. She conducts in-depth research and analysis of the Health Care Information Technology market in conjunction with State and Local government markets. In addition, Ms. Mulholland provides support to the Sales and Member Services teams for INPUT member requests, product demonstrations and training sessions respectively.

Prior to working at INPUT, Ms. Mulholland served as a Research Assistant at the Academy for Educational Development, Center for Health Communication. She provided research and administrative support for a variety of health communication projects. In this role, she assisted with literature reviews, environmental scans, focus groups, in-depth interviews, content analyses and surveys. Ms. Mulholland’s clients included various centers and institutes of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and National Institutes of Health.

Ms. Mulholland holds a B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration from Marist College. She is currently working on her Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) degree at George Mason University.
