Chad Kirkpatrick serves as the Chief Information Officer and Director of the Government Information Technology Agency for the state of Arizona. Kirkpatrick is responsible for statewide IT strategic planning, approving and monitoring technology projects, information security and privacy guidelines, e-health initiatives, and rural broadband development.
