Andy Buckler is currently acting as the Director of Business Systems Planning for the Small Business/Self-Employed Division of the Internal Revenue Service. In this role, he is responsible for assisting business users to define their IT needs and then working with the CIO to deliver cost-effective solutions. Andy is a 28 year veteran of the IRS and has worked in a number of business functions with the Service, including Support & Services, International and Customer Service. He also previously served as the head of the budget office for the CIO and the Modernization Executive./p>
