Steven Boutelle

Hear Lt. Gen. Steven Boutelle discuss IT initiatives at the Department of Army, including planning for future technologies and investments. He will address key challenges and how the private sector can get involved to find solutions.

Lt. Gen. Boutelle has been the CIO of the Army since July 2003. In his role, he has the principal responsibility for the Army's information management (IM) functions and is responsible for setting the strategic direction, determining objectives, and supervising the Army's command, control, communications, and computers (C4) and information technology (IT) functions.
