In this position, he oversaw the transition of the company from a privately-held entrepreneurial organization to a wholly-owned subsidiary of a billion-dollar defense contractor. Mr. Johnson has also held executive-level positions at PRC and Hadron.

Mr. Johnson has twice been named to Federal Computer Week's Federal 100 list of top IT executives. As a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Johnson served with the U.S. Army Infantry in Vietnam as a military advisor.
