Chuck Viator
Principal Analyst
Charles H. Viator, Jr., principal analyst, Investor Services, is responsible for the creation, management, and distribution of targeted information and analysis for INPUT members in the institutional investor market.
Viator has more than 40 years of experience in public sector business. He has experience in a wide range of products, services, and functional responsibilities. His areas of expertise are federal, state, and local government business acquisition, program management, performance analysis and the commercialization of new technology. Viator has extensive training in government procurement, and is active in the government contracting community through participation in trade associations, agency-specific conferences, and public collaboration aimed at improving the acquisition process.
Viator held a series of increasingly responsible positions at several organizations, including AT&T, Atlantic Research Corporation, Gartner, large systems integrators, and a number of technology startup companies. Viator’s specializes in new technology commercialization, business development, program management, business performance analysis, and project remediation.
Viator's undergraduate studies were in business management and computer science, and his advanced studies were in information science and technology management.
