Schalene Dagutis

Vice President, State & Local Information Services

As Vice President, State & Local Information Services, Ms. Dagutis has a rich background in both federal and state & local government IT contracting. Her primary role at INPUT is to develop product roadmaps and manage content operations for INPUT's State & Local offerings. She also advises INPUT members on major market initiatives and trends in state & local government IT.

Prior to joining INPUT, Ms. Dagutis worked at Current Analysis Inc., as Vice President of Data Operations. She also led the account team responsible for the company's largest account, a wireless services provider, which comprised 20 percent of the company's annual sales revenue.

Previous to that, Ms. Dagutis was the Federal Marketing Director for Sequent Computer Systems, Inc., a Beaverton, Oregon company that manufactured UNIX symmetrical multiprocessing computers. Before joining Sequent, Ms. Dagutis was the Regional Sales Manager for a Bureau of National Affairs subsidiary that produced an online repository tool for human resources professionals. She was primarily responsible for introducing the Human Resources Information Network (HRIN) to the federal government.

Ms. Dagutis began her career at Information Handling Services (IHS) where she spent seven years in various positions including sales support and customer care within the federal sales division.
