Jeff Duncan

Vice President of Development

As Vice President of Development, Jeff leads Deltek’s GovWin business unit and is responsible for developing and implementing the web based products and offerings of the combined solutions of INPUT, FedSources and GovWin.

Jeff brings over 20 years of technology management experience leading and motivating development teams. Prior to joining Deltek, Jeff served as the Director of Engineering at Grab Networks and led the re-architecture of Agility, a media workflow based product, to deliver best-in-class systems for large business customers. Prior to Agility, Jeff worked at AOL, leading technical and project management teams responsible for building and delivering scalable hosted applications to millions of users, including ad serving,  e-commerce, and e-mail. 

Jeff is a graduate of James Madison University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
