Cian Chang

Vice President of Business Development Workflow Solutions and Communities

Cian Chang is the Vice President of Business Development Workflow Solutions and Communities responsible for Deltek's web-based solutions for supplier management, task order management and teaming as well as the GovWin network and its community of nearly 60,000 individuals and 19,000 companies.

Mr. Chang came to Deltek from its acquisition of mySBX in 2009. At mySBX, Mr. Chang was instrumental in building the team and defining and delivering the product and services that formed the basis for what have today come together with INPUT and FedSources to become GovWin.

Prior to mySBX, Mr. Chang led the product management team responsible for multiple major releases of the AOL integrated client suite and for extending AOL services onto TV set-top boxes, pagers, cell phones, and PDA’s. He directed the engineering teams responsible for distribution and installation of products including the AIM client, AOL browser toolbars, and AOL safety and security products. And he managed site production and content publishing for the AOL News and Reference channels, in addition to bringing online such partners as the New York Times and Newsweek.

Mr. Chang holds BAs in English and in Rhetoric & Communications Studies from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
