Description

This contract was awarded to ITT Industries by the Defense Information Systems Agency; contract # HC104705C4049. Included here is the contract with modifications 1-3.

SPECIAL NOTE: This contract was administratively changed to contract # HC104707D0001. Contract HC104705C4049 which was erroneously awarded with the letter 'C' in position 9 of the basic procurement instrument (PII) #. As HC104705C4049 was awarded as an indefinite delivery contract, position 9 should have been the letter 'D', per DFARS 204.7003(a)(3)(iv). Due to the constraints of the contract writing system, a new contract vehicle must be administratively issued. Contract HC104707D0001 does not change any of the terms and conditions of contract HC104705C4049 (as modified through P0004) on 17 November 2006, with the exception of CLINs 0001 AA Minimum Gauranteed Funding & CLIN 0001 AB Minimum Gauranteed Funding. Those two CLINs are no longer necessary as task orders with an aggregate total of more than $2 million are anticipated to be awarded no later than 1 December 2006. As of 17 November 2006, contract HC104705C4049 is effectively replaced by contract HC104707D0001. Solicitation HC104705R4009 was the basis for this award.
